So, how was I offered so much money in such a short time, you ask? I simply browsed to two different web sites and offered to sell an item at each site.  
 
The first site I went to is kitco.com. They are always buying gold, silver, platinum and other items, and you can even check out a chart that shows what they currently are paying for the different items. They paid me $422.90 for one coin... quick and easy!
 
The second web site I went to belonged to a company that was buying used motorcycles. It took me ten minutes or so to submit my information to them, and they got back to me a little later with a quote. Again, quick and easy! However, you won't always get a quick reply. As you know, many reps are busy and can't get back to you right away.
 
So, how do you find the buyers, and where do you get the merchandise?
 
There are many web businesses that will buy a variety of items from you, and you don't have to sell the same items that I sold. I am going to show you how to find many different web-based businesses that are currently buying virtually all types of merchandise
 
Here's how to find merchandise: Merchandise is everywhere. It's in your house, your basement, your attic; it's your old car, your jewelry, house, motorcycle, tools, etc. You can also buy wanted items from other people and then sell those items at a profit to one of the buyers you find using my strategy below. You can also act as a middle man and sell wanted items for other people and receive a commission for doing the work.
 
Let your creative juices flow!
 
Here's how to find buyers: Go to Google and search for buyers using the following key phrases: "We buy jewelry," "We buy gold," "We buy Motorcycles," etc. Use the words "We buy" along with the name of the item you are selling... books, text books, junk cars, antiques, anything, baseball cards, cameras, electronics... you name it! If you use Vista Windows, all you have to do is type in "we buy" followed by the letter a, b, c, etc., and a drop down menu will show you items people are buying starting with the letter you choose.
 
Wow, there are a whole lot of buyers out there! It works... try it!
 
A word of advice: If you wish to buy merchandise for re-sale, make sure you find the buyers first. Always know where the buyers are before spending money on the merchandise. I recommend starting out by selling items from your home or by selling items for friends and members of your community. There is plenty of merchandise out there, and you don't have to spend money on it before making arrangements with a buyer.

Another way to find merchandise of every kind is to type "closeout furniture," "wholesale closeouts," etc. into Google. Again, find the buyers... and know what they're paying... first.  

Now, let's say that you decide to sell some silver coins that you have hidden away in a safety deposit box. You quickly find a buyer, using my above strategy, and you simply sell your coins. The cash comes in real handy... but... you now wish you could do it again but have no more coins to sell. Now what? Well, you can sell other items or find more silver coins.
 
Here is a sample ad that you can run in free newspapers, or other inexpensive advertising sources, to find more silver coins (or whatever you're selling):

silver coins. Call (Your number)
for current offer."   
 
 
When someone calls you with their inventory of coins, you can offer them a price that is below your buyer's offer. It's as simple as that. Also, you can check daily spot prices for gold and silver by going to kitco.com.
 
Remember, this is just an example. You do not have to sell silver. You can sell virtually anything.
